About Me

Jeannie combines her diverse experiences, expertise, and keen eye in everything she undertakes. With a background spanning the arts and culinary worlds, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in fashion design from Parsons School of Design and later earned a culinary arts certificate from the Institute of Culinary Education.

As a former fashion designer and illustrator, Jeannie honed her artistic talents.  Her years in corporate design environments further refined her professionalism and work ethic. However, it was her early love for cooking, nurtured while preparing meals with her mother during childhood, that drew her back to the culinary arts. Food was always the center of the Taiwanese family she grew up in. 

Since acquiring her culinary arts certificate, Jeannie has experienced a wide spectrum of culinary experiences. These include recipe development and testing alongside cookbook authors, collaborate with food magazines and food product companies, food styling for television culinary shows featuring diverse talents, and contribute recipes to print advertising and editorial projects, as well as various social media platforms. Additionally, she has expanded into culinary production and Prop styling.

Whether through her illustrations or culinary creations, Jeannie's passion is evident in all that she brings to life.
